Arjun Catering provides food and catering services for private, corporate, and special events. All services are subject to availability and final confirmation.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or online form).
A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon date.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
3. Menu and Dietary Requirements
Menus must be finalized at least [X days] prior to the event.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance. While we take care to accommodate special requests, we are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timing, and setup requirements. Any delay or miscommunication may affect the service delivery.
7. Liability
While we take all reasonable care in food preparation and service, Arjun Catering is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from factors beyond our control, including third-party venues or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Arjun Catering and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse the content, attempt to hack or disrupt service, or infringe on our intellectual property rights.
